The staff were very helpful and friendly. free parking was available. I could reach many places near the old town square within 30 minutes. the location connected to the vltava river within a 10 minute walk.
The wifi connection in my room was intermittent and weak. there was no shower curtain for the shower over the bath. i found the hot food at breakfast was not very hot. It was only warm.

the personals at the front desk were WONDERFUL, always ready to help with any question i had. i found easy car parking right at the hotel, and the welcome drinks in my room were a lovely touch. the receptionist arina greeted me with a smile and gave me a map with all the tourist attractions marked.
the wifi signal was weak in my room, a minor inconvenience.

the room featured two comfortable twin beds pushed together, soft pillows, and a clean, functional desk. a large window let in plenty of natural light, it offered a view of the inner courtyard. blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

I loved the free and secure parking they offered. also, the staff was really nice and friendly. Arina at reception was always smiling and very helpful. the room was clean. I appreciated the daily cleaning service! the tram station in front of the building was super convenient.
the wi-fi was intermittent and quite weak in my room. the shower over the bath lacked a shower curtain. hot food at breakfast wasn't very warm.

The hotel location is nice, right in the city center. the room was spacious and clean. the staff were amazing. One person named adil helped me check in and out and provided the information i needed. i really appreciated the help with check-in/out process and the extra information.
